Overrides are the ones specified in system properties, commandline and via
set... commands. The things set in configuration files (and via whatever other
means there may be) still stay. Do you think this should instead add some
argument to reset command?

reset resets all the settings (or something like that, I think it only resets
locally set ones, the configs still apply?), unset unsets just one setting,
overriding anything that was set before with the default value.
