Resolution: Not A Problem
As it was mentioned in the ticket
[IGNITE-11413|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-11413]
beforeTest/afterTest and beforeTests/afterTests methods should be used under
the Rule and ClassRule annotations respectively.
In this context mentioned methods will remain in Ignite test framework and
removing of JUnit3LegacySupport class becomes not actual.
