The version I use is 2.9.1 .  

 

When I run this example,returns as follows.  When I put the 
boston_housing_dataset.txt's first sample data into the formula(Fitting 
equation ?),I got a negative number (-68.2154436)。I want to know the reason for 
the negative number。 thanks very much.Thanks for answering。

 

The first sample data is as follows。

0.02731,0.00,7.070,0,0.4690,6.4210,78.90,4.9671,2,242.0,17.80,396.90,9.14,21.60
