OK, I'm not sure how being in a different directory than the one they were in 
is "burying" them - there's literally one other file there right now. If I 
approached the project fresh I don't know I would get that the "help" directory 
had build information I need, but I won't assume my experience is indicative of 
anyone else's.

I made the suggestion over a week ago to move those files as I proposed and no 
one said there was any issue with doing it. You asked, Dawid, in your email to 
me that I revert the commit that moved them, so I'll do that, but I'll confess 
to not really understanding why two top-level documentation directories is 
better than one.
