The sort is the most expensive operation of the the /export handler. Spark-Solr
relies heavily on the /export handler but doesn't make use of the sort. As
Spark-Solr use continues to increase its time to add optimizations specifically
for Spark-Solr.
This ticket will add a no-sort option to the export handler to accelerate
Spark-Solr queries.
