hanya's python script has now been downloaded 330 times from
https://forum.openoffice.org/en/forum/viewtopic.php?f=74=85529 and no person
has reported any difficulty with it.  

There is a now sticky at the top of the Writer forum "[Solved] Spell Check Not
Working (words red underlined)" which tells people how to fix spell check
problems and directs them to the script. It has been viewed 1,200 times. 

Whereas spell check questions were the most frequent posts on the forum they
are now extremely rare.

Can development please consider including hyanya's Python script in the AOO
profile so that forum could be updated to tell users merely to run the script
instead of having to create the (hidden!) folder, download and unzip the
script, place it in the folder and run it.

That means this bug is a different manifestation of the same error as issue
