So the problem might have been introduced some later than Regina thinks. (d) not only a blemish, %Gamma works and will be shown as Greek letter, %gamma shown as %gamma in fromula. (e) works fine with 4.0.1 RC3 SV and FR User Interface, what might indicate that the problem is German only.
