To this kind of document, the best module is Impress or Draw.
Writer is a word processor.

The PATH to the PDF file - the ODT file was too large

I tried to send the .ODT file that I am having an issue with.It is one page
with scattered pictures that were once close together,as a collage.
It is apparently too large to upload, so I cannot SHOW you the issue. I hope I
have described it sufficiently. ALL I can do  is send the PDF file, showing
what the ODT file SHOULD look like but DOES NOT. It has pictures scattered over
2 pages.
