Will this be impacted by LEGAL-303? zstd-jni embeds zstd which has the Facebook

[~sowen], [~tgraves] - Using zstd compression for our Spark jobs spilling 100s
of TBs of data, we could reduce the amount of data written to disk by as much
as 50%. This translates to significant latency gain because of reduced disk io
operations. There is a degradation CPU time by 2 - 5% because of zstd
compression overhead, but for jobs which are bottlenecked by disk IO, this hit
can be taken. We are going to enable Zstd as default compression for all of our
jobs. We should support zstd in open source Spark as well. I will reopen the PR
with some minor changes.

Execution time is definitely worse, did you get the compression ratio or disk
space used during these? How big were the intermediate files?I would think
someone would want to use this would be mostly interested in the space aspect
and keep the run time small while getting the higher compression.

ISTM it's okay to close the current pr for now. But we should close this ticket
now? IMHO the performance depends on environments, configurations, code
structure, and so on. So, we could keep this open for collecting other's
performance results?

For any sort of Hadoop output formats we get it for free but for the internal
and shuffle outputs I think we have to add support to
spark.io.compression.codec for this.

I'm also wondering if there are other output formats like parquet that we would
want to add this option to (spark.sql.parquet.compression.codec), but I haven't
investigated those enough.
