Responsibilities include the installation, configuration, architecture, periodic monitoring, performance tuning, diagnosing, troubleshooting and support of Application servers. Knowledge on Java Web Application run time environment. Knowledge of WS-Standards (Security, Management, etc), SOAP, WSDL and WebSphere Message Broker are a plus. At this level the successful candidate will be keeping the WebSphere application server environments (Development, Quality Assurance, User Acceptance testing, Performance Stress and Production) in a healthy and fine-tuned state. Qualifications: a.. BS/BA in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related b.. IBM certified WebSphere administrator WAS 5/6.1 c..
