number from 4 digits to 5 digits
The result is that database tables will be changing to allow for 5 digits,
and then any transactions that hit those tables will need to be adjusted
for the larger numeric value
In addition, screens in the application are currently sized to hold 4
digits, will also need to be made larger to accommodate the value
