They will be working with a team of system experts (Functional and
technical) in both the LMS and HR areas as well as business units such as,
Tech Service, Fixed Ops, HR, and Payroll.
*Skills include (top two being highest priority):*
Strong experience with PL/SQL including creation and modification
*of views, tables, functions, and procedures. Experience setting up data
integrations working with FTP and web services teams. *Experience with
Oracle Fusion HCM or Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Management System a plus.
Familiarity with other LMS and HR systems also a plus but not required.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Has the experience and technical skills necessary to participate in the
development and maintenance of business systems using a systems
methodology.
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related degree - Strongly preferred
4 to 6 years' experience in a programmer position.
