*Subject: Sr. IAM Project Manager Location: Philadelphia, PADuration: 3-4 months with likely extensionStart: ASAP* Job description: Senior IAM Project Manager consultant As a member of client’s IT (PMO), the Sr. IT Project Manager will develop a comprehensive project charter and project plan for the three IAM projects. S/he will use industry-proven best practices and techniques in project management, IAM, and business, to help drive change through technology transformation, and business process redesign. S/he will collaborate with others in client and across campus to build and maintain effective customer relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive value through project deliverables. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Business or related field, Master’s degree preferred, and a minimum of four years of enterprise-level project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Formal training in project management; PMP certification preferred. Experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) is a plus. Strong understanding of business process improvement and demonstrated strong negotiating, planning, team building, coaching, financial and risk management skills; a good understanding of emerging technologies. Must be able to lead efforts to assess the competitiveness of new technologies in relation to the overall goals and objectives of the University. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong leadership ability, as well as innovation and creativity in delivering technology solutions.
