   preferred   Responsibilities: - Successfully managing the discovery,
   design, implementation and support of all hardware, software, security, and
   management components into the existing customer boundary. - Add additional
   technologies as they are required within scope and schedule. - Drive
   customer requirements discovery sessions, documentation, implementation,
   testing, and acceptance. - Support customer migrations on the new UC
   environment over the term of the contract. - Frequently interface with the
   customer program and technical teams and will be required to conduct
   routine program reviews with Verizon and customer executives. - Manage
   across multiple functional and technical groups within Verizon and
   subcontractors and should possess a strong understanding of UC projects. -
   Coordination with security, NOC, SOC and customer security resources. -
   Develop detailed project plan, combining workstreams from other PM’s and
   SME’s - Manage the schedule, risks, communication, and impacts - Lead
   planning and status meetings, hold other PM’s accountable for their tasks
   and schedules Skills: - Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of Program Management
   work experience - Experience managing a multi-million dollar contact center
   transformation project - Six or more years of experience in Cisco UCCE -
   Experience managing UCCE implementations - Experience leading a team of Sr.
   Level Managers, Ability to “Command and Control” a group of strong
   personalities - Experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Experience
   using Microsoft Project - Ability to work on cross functional - multiple
   projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Preferred: - PMP

   - Developing
  - Working in Simi-Paired Programming Environment
  - Unit testing
  - Quality Assurance of unit testing
  - Deployments
  - Work with infrastructure provisioning tools such as Chef, Vagrant,
  Kitchen, and Fog.

   *Skills:*
   - Experienced Ruby Developer - Writing pure ruby without Rails or
  ActiveSupport dependencies.  5+ Years Ruby Developer Experience.
  - Strong Object Oriented Programming
  - Experience with MVC Architectural Patterns.
  - Experience working with and creating web services.
  - Understanding of Client / Server Communications
  - Experience with one of the following: OpenStack, OpenShift, AWS, or
  other Cloud Providers
  - Engrained understanding of Deployment Automation concepts and
  patterns
  - Engrained understanding of Deployment CICD concepts and patterns
  - Frontend Experience with AngularJS / TypeScript (Bonus)
  - Experience with Fog gem or aws-sdk (Bonus)

   - Install, run and manage Splunk.
  - Splunk Administration, general health of the Splunk Cluster,
  performance testing, patching splunk upgrades
   - -Any automation framework (Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Salt)
  - -Monitoring Splunk license usage, making recommendations for
  verbosity of the logs with the application teams.
  - -Responsible for creating best use tip sheets with Splunk.
  - 90% work (Creating/Testing/Deploying Chef Cookbooks, Defining
  Standards, Working with Vendors).
  - 10% meetings
  - (Splunk enhancements, changes, monitoring, and troubleshooting)

   *Skills:*
