*Job Description:*

· Translate business, and functional requirements into documented
technical specifications.

· Utilize development skills to build (code) and unit test new
systems functionality per technical specifications, with deliverables to
include code builds and documented unit test results.

· Develop support documentation as required by other IT teams for
acceptance of systems changes into production.

· Build and unit test production deployment packages and
implementation plans for scheduled systems enhancements.

· Build continuous delivery pipeline to deliver multiple releases
per day.

· Facilitate/lead reviews (walkthroughs) of technical
specifications and program code with other members of the technical team,
communicating design, requirements, feature set, functionality and
limitations of systems/applications to team and development lead.

· Implement, maintain, and improve Continuous Integration and
Continuous Delivery processes, tools, and environments.

· Implement appropriate Operational monitors/synthetics and
instrumentation based on available tools; proactively identify system
issues and drive resolution for optimal customer satisfaction.

· Provide on call and after hours support as required; respond to
and provide support for production outages.

· Contribute to and work to meet project schedules by providing
accurate estimates of effort required for development deliverables,
providing updates on project progress to development and project
management, and by escalating issues that might affect project success to
management.

· Maintain technical skills and expertise through continuing
education and training.

· Collaborate/Partner with other teams including Enterprise
Testing, Release Planning and Management, Business Systems Analysis,
Project Management on successful delivery of systems enhancements.



* Qualifications:*

 8+ years application development experience with proven track record of
success. Expertise with systems integration is desired.

· 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting
applications on SQL DB, using 3 or more development languages or tools.

· 3+ years of DevOps experience.

· 8+ years professional experience designing, developing, and
supporting applications on two or more operating systems or designing
complex multi-tiered applications.

· *Experience in setup and administration of Jenkins for multiple
platforms (including AWS) across an enterprise.*

· *3+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting
APIs and Microservices.*

· Comfort with frequent, incremental testing and deployment.

· Familiarity with Artifactory, Bitbucket, Cloudbees /Jenkins,
Docker, Methos Maven, Puppet, Rally, Sitescope and Splunk.

· Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up,
always-available service.

· Strong grasp of automation tools and test data management skills.
Experience with automation/configuration management using either Puppet,
Chef or an equivalent is a plus.

· Has experience mentoring other members of technical/development
staff.

· B.S. Computer Science or Management Information Systems or
equivalent experience.

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the team to support
business goals and to help ensure products are released in a timely manner.


Responsibilities:

· Responsible for planning and execution of the full software
development lifecycle for application development.

· Work with technical team members and control the scope and
schedule for their engagements and provide day-to-day guidance with them
team in conjunction with technical leadership.

· Be the primary spokesperson for the solutions being developed and
liaison with the customer, providing capability demonstrations and
attending planning meetings that are both technical and operational in
nature.

· Effectively Communicates Project timelines, milestones and
estimated delivery dates to Senior Management.

· Efficiently Drives Operations and Development to meet delivery
deadlines.

· Responsibilities include, but are not limited to management of
development projects utilizing the Agile methodology; project planning,
risk assessment, resource management, and estimating and monitoring cost.

· Plan and coordinate project activities across business units,
including project team meetings and related communications

· Work with department leads to create comprehensive project
timelines and project structures

· Facilitate discussions to drive decision making and move projects
toward completion

· Apply organizational knowledge to anticipate issues and mitigate
adverse scheduling impacts on other business units and/or project timelines

· Maintain proper communication channels to alert senior management
of anticipated risks and, as needed, evaluate risks to identify possible
solutions

· Participates in daily standup’s and coordinates Sprints.



Qualifications:

· Experience managing full life cycle software development projects.

· Experience managing projects using agile development
methodologies.

· Experience exhibiting verbal communication to include
briefings/presentations and interactions with customers and superiors.

· Experience managing tasks, priorities and schedules for med to
large scale projects.

· Experience exhibiting technical skills to identify dependencies
and technical risks.

· Experience exhibiting teamwork skills, including working across
organizational boundaries.

· Proven comprehension of technology and ability to speak and
understand in technical terms

· Financial and budget experience a plus.

· Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus.

· Certified Scrum Master a plus.

· 5+ years of project management experience

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in system/software solution
development and delivery

· Ability to organize large amounts of information quickly and
logically with high attention to detail

· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with
MAC a plus

· Experience leading a team of developers, requirements personnel,
and testers to deliver solutions

· Ability to Manage one or more projects in support of a
large-scale systems development

· Ability to lead while being flexible in a fast-paced, changing
environment.

Required education:
· Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer
