Develop performance strategies and test plans for large COTS product
implementation

5 years hands-on experience with HP-Load Runner/Performance
Center/JMeter/Visual studio – web performance testing tools

Strong knowledge of workload modeling and extrapolation methodologies.

Knowledge of profiling tools to identify bottlenecks in CPU, JVMs,
Mainframes, Memory, storage, DB and Network. • Experience in baselining,
benchmarking and sizing infrastructures.

Strong communication required in interacting with multiple development and
vendor teams to address performance testing bottleneck resolutions.

Proactive thinking and take accountability to resolve performance
bottlenecks

Hands-on experience in monitoring tools Dynatrace, Splunk and AppDynamics

Experience in agile development process and implementing shift left
performance test engineering techniques
