C2C 60/hr on C2C *Summary:* Responsible for implementing quality assurance programs. Education/Experience. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant field. *10+ years’ experience* leading quality assurance projects/programs. Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of testing disciplines and methodologies. *Strong documentation skills.* *What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate?* *Basic Qualifications* *• 10+ years of experience in software, with a concentration in software testing.* • Experience leading quality assurance projects/programs, including providing work assignments and direction to other testers. • Experience working on teams using agile methodologies. • Experience testing data-centric RESTful APIs. • Experience testing web-based applications across multiple devices. • Excellent knowledge of creating test scenarios, executing tests, and capturing test results. Candidates must have excellent written communication skills as they will be documenting QA policies. *Preferred Qualifications* • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience). • Experience establishing a new QA practice. • Experience working on teams using agile methodologies. • Experience with performance testing. *What are the technologies and the depth of the technologies that a candidate must have in order to be successful in this role?* - REST (moderate to strong) - SQL (mild to moderate) *What are the soft skills that you feel candidates must-have in order to be successful in this role?* 1.
