• 8+ years of IT experience

• Hands on *Silverlight* development experience

• Hands on *HTLM5*/*CSS3*/*JavaScript* development experience

• Experience with *KnockoutJS* or other *MVVM* JavaScript framework

• Experience doing a previous Silverlight to *HTML* migration
highly desirable

• Strong analytical  and problem solving abilities

• Well-versed in software engineering principles, frameworks and
technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related degree, or
equivalent work experience.

• Good experience in working with offshore and geographically
diversified teams

• Good understanding and hands on experience in Agile

• Strong written and spoken communication skills
