Experience should include architecture and design responsibilities Professional Requirements: (All skills are very important) Requires in-depth experience and understanding of Microsoft SQL Server 2005 databases- Critical Understanding of database architecture, design, development and administration on Microsoft SQL Server / Windows platform. - Critical Hands on experience with designing scalability database solutions and performance improvements- Critical Experienced in Data Modeling, logical and physical database design, performance tuning of existing database applications and design of Backup and Recovery procedures. – Critical **SQL CLR (Common Language Run time- Nice to have Has developed DTS packages and scheduled database tasks. Good understanding of Windows Server 2003. Microsoft Windows and SQL Server Clustering is a plus. Experience developing databases on SQL Server 2008 a plus Engaged in innovative concepts and programming techniques on how to develop high quality software and still maintaining shorter time to market (e.g. Agile and Extreme Programming (XP)) High awareness of customer service Financial markets experience ? Very Focused and Challenged Strong Communication Skills. Experience in.NET programming languages in .NET such as C# and VB.NET is a plus.
