*Security Engineer – Symantec Control Compliance Suite Specialist* RI/AZ/TX $60/hr 6 Months+ Position Summary: We are looking for a talented and experienced Security Analyst to join our Information Security team in a short term assignment focused on ensuring the security and integrity of Client while utilizing the Symantec CCS tool (MSB) and troubleshooting issues as they arise. The Security Analyst will be responsible for but not limited to: • Utilize the CCS tool to scan Windows and UNIX assets for compliance • Analyze data sets and results and uncover discrepancies with reporting output • Provide CCS scanning process improvement opportunities to technology owners and security team members • Collaborative with peers in a security/Compliance environment to ensure operational excellence • Ability to articulate compliance risk to all levels of the organization • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Required Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in an IT Security/IT Risk environment with a large regulated organization Hands on experience with the Symantec CCS tool and troubleshooting connectivity issues • Experience with distributed computing, networks, application design and IT security • Windows OS GPO settings and UNIX/Linux services Preferred Qualifications: • Compliance Experience, CISSP, CISA or CISM Education: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT (or similar discipline) Please respond with *Resume, Rate, Current Location and Phone numbers of the Consultant, Visa Copy*.
