We have *Multiple "SIEBEL CRM PROJECT MANAGER/ Technical Project Manager” positions at "IN/ MA"* - Long term Contract *Please send resumes to me at su...@uniqsoftinc.com <su...@uniqsoftinc.com>* *#1.* *Title: SIEBEL/ CRM PROJECT MANAGER* *Location: Columbus, IN* *Position Type: Long term Contract* *Hourly: $60-65/Hr on CTC (MAX) * *PROJECT MANAGER POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:* Manage several projects, beginning with one new Siebel release for the Sales/Services teams Engage in meetings, updates, status reports, and presentations Complete Business Analyst functions, such as gathering requirements and coordinating test efforts Have a CRM development background and have experience in managing recent implementation and upgrade projects for Siebel and Salesforce *PROJECT MANAGER POSTION REQUIREMENTS:* 3 years of recent experience as a CRM Project Manager, with exposure to Siebel or salesforce Prior experience acting as a Siebel or Salesforce analyst Skilled in creating functional design, high requirement gathering, and test coordination and execution Exceptional communication skills with experience working with stakeholders and presenting to executive level management *#2.* *Title: Technical Project Manager* *Location: Boson, MA* *Position Type: Long term Contract* *Hourly: $40-45/Hr on CTC (MAX) * *Qualifications: * Minimum Qualification and Experience: A minimum of Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field Minimum 4-6 years of experience in IT in the areas of Applications or Infrastructure development, maintenance, support Strong knowledge of systems development process, SDLC methodologies preferably Agile and Waterfall Experience in IT project deployment and implementation (Application / Infrastructure) would be an added advantage Strong knowledge in Project management and coordination, conducting reviews, providing constructive feedback is a must Strong communication skills both verbal and written to communicate across various levels of the organization and excellent inter-personal skills Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight schedules *Responsibilities:* Provide Governance across teams on implementation of production framework in preparation of management reports and presentations Ensure controlled, coordinated and fully signed-off production installations and change deployments with appropriate level of joint across teams Implement Controls and Checklists supporting production installations and change deployments Work with Risk and Compliance Advisory on their assessment of various IT teams for implementation of production ready framework Validate the pre-installation/change planning activities include identification of relevant application, infrastructure, architectural and business components for a given installation/change and provide guidance on better management of post-deployment events Work with IT Key Stakeholders in ensuring framework is integrated with IT Tollgate process so that controls are planned, designed and built as part of the development /maintenance lifecycle activities Develop, implement and monitor metrics that support effectiveness or framework.
