Systems Center experience and any DevOps (Chef) experience.
Experience moving workloads from on premise to IaaS (Openstack, AWS,
Rackspace, Azure, etc.)
Networking fundamentals, including VPN configuration a requirement.
Experience with network technologies and with system, security, and network
monitoring tools
Good working knowledge of the technical aspects of
Application protocols, such as HTTP(S), SMTP, SSL, and DNS
Common applications of cryptography, such as X.509 PKI, PGP, etc.
Knowledge of Active Directory
Security event and log management
Identity and access management
Encryption in the cloud

Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and
protocols
Familiarity with web related technologies (Web applications, Web Services,
Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols
Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Ability to participate in multiple projects concurrently
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), customer
service-oriented
Strong problem solving skill set, and the ability to understand new
technologies quickly are essential

*Job Title : Business / Systems Analyst Location : Jacksonville, FL (Only

Analyzes business requirements to determine technical requirements and
identifies impacted areas/systems/processes and evaluates alternative
solutions
Researches and assists in designs solutions for general maintenance
requests to resolve system problems
Prepares detailed system requirements and assists in functional design
solutions for new products/functionality and enhancements to existing
products/functionality
Assigned to complex projects, systems or initiatives.
Provides input into forecasting and project-planning for scope/requirements
documents and/or vendor contracts to minimize risk to on time, cost
effective solution fulfillment.
Prepares high level proposals that identify viable options to address the
client’s needs. Works with appropriate parties to gain approval of proposal
and initiate work.
Facilitates and/or partners with other IT staff to facilitate a systematic
process for capturing requirements.
Works with Developers and other IT staff to determine system components and
functional flow of components and data between components.

Repairs detailed test scenarios and assists in test execution for various
system components.
Develops and documents vetted contingency plans in case of risks or
roadblocks
Accountable for clearly linking the IT solution to the business
vision/strategy while coaching junior analysts to help them understand the
business priorities.

*Requirements:*
Bachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent IT work experience
6 or more years of progressive work experience in systems/testing analyst
role, preferably with Agile experience
Thorough knowledge of Information Technology fields and computer systems
Healthcare insurance experience is highly preferred.
Demonstrated organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
Proficient in requirements gathering methodologies and the SDLC
Understanding of typical architecture standards and ability to apply them
in their design work
High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present
solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy.
Thorough knowledge and experience of systems, subsystems, development
methodologies, systems architecture, tools and processes that support the
assigned business initiative or system
Ability to collaborate with Operational Business Customers in the
