*Job Description: *

ointerfacing with the client to understand the Customer specific business
reporting requirements and for requirement gathering at the client location

oDocumentation of the new Customer reporting and solution design documents

oTo maintain SAP 3.5 version of SAP BW.

oDetailed knowledge level in requirements analysis of new requirements from
business, design, build  deployment of new data marts and reports

oEnhancements implementation to existing data marts and reports

oTesting and ensuring all processes in customer system after every
development.

oProduction support including daily data loads monitoring and defects
resolutions

oUsers training activities

oDocumentation of the knowledge acquired for every project as per client
requirement.

oreporting to client on project progress

oWeekend support for cutover activities for release of changes and new
enhancements to production environment as and when required

oWeekend support for testing the system during system outages

oOccasional nightly data load monitoring during offshore holidays

oliaising with other team for any integration / migration / other project
requirements with SAP BW.

oSupport client for their org wide initiatives relevant to SAP BW

oFollowing GDM model to help client achieve 24x7 supports.
