OS: Windows 7 ultimate (C: System, D: Page file, E: Data) Hardware: External drive Transcend Tools: Hiren's Boot CD Kasusnya, si external drive gak dikenali (not initialize). Coba initialize di disk management, berhasil. Partisi masih unallocated. Coba buat partisi, pesan CRC error. Penasaran, boot pake Hirens, lalu - clumsy me - pilih partition magic yang TIDAK COMPATIBLE dengan Win7. Muncul pesan warning bahwa informasi partisi hdd error, apakah ingin diperbaiki (YES/NO). Bodohnya, saya langsung klik YES. External disk tetap tidak bisa diperbaiki. Penasaran, reboot ke Win7 dan. partisi D dan E hilang! Disk management mengenali partisi D dan E, tapi unformatted. Boot lagi pakai Hiren's pilih utility lain (non partition-magic), partisi dikenali normal dan dianggap tidak ada masalah. Gunakan mini Win-XP (mirip live CD), partisi D dan E bisa dibaca normal. Boot lagi ke Win7, partisi D dan E tetap hilang. Hampir putus asa, lewat live CD itu saya backup +/- 200GB data ke external drive lain, dengan skenario worst case, partisi D dan E harus dibuat ulang. One last try.. dari Hirens saya gunakan tools DiskGenius, dan diinformasikan kalau partition table error (overlapped), dan pilihan untuk diperbaiki (YES/NO). Karena data sudah dibackup, saya pilih YES. Reboot ke Win7 dan.. problem solved! After hours.. problem solved just in one click L NB: Jadi inget kisah senior engineer yang membuat tanda X di depan mesin/modul yang bermasalah, lalu mencharge $1000 untuk itu. Bukan pekerjaan membuat tanda X itu yang mahal, tapi menentukan lokasi yang tepat, yang membuatnya menjadi mahal. [ITCENTER] website tidak bisa diakses dari beberapa komputer/provider

Coba Anda lihat/datang sendiri ke tempat client Anda tersebut. Anda bawa laptop dgn semar terpasang. kalau dari laptop Anda bisa tetapi dari komputer client tidak bisa, cari tahu kenapa tidak bisanya. mungkin salah ketik url, komputer client ga konek ke internet, dll. jangan lupa adanya proses propagasi dns, mungkin saja dns semar/i am 2 perlu di refresh dulu baru bisa tu websitenya di kenali. Maaf mau ikutan berfikir sedikit.. Kata mbah google, masalah Address not found itu artinya alamat tidak bisa ditemukan oleh klien. Beberapa penyebab yang mungkin : 1. Kesalahan konfigurasi DNS 2. Kesalahan konfigurasi Firewall atau Proxy Langkah yang bisa dicoba pada komputer klien, 1. Apakah klien yang mencoba akses menggunakan Smart / IM2 menggunakan PC yang sama? kalo iya, bisakah dicoba pindahkan modemnya menggunakan PC yang berbeda, Kalo PC lain yang mengguankan modem smart/im2 client bisa mengakses website, kemungkinan besar permasalahnnya ada di PC klien. Kalo PC lain yang mengguankan modem smart/im2 client tidak bisa mengakses website, lanjut ke langkah 2 2. Apakah PC yang lain tersebut bisa mengakses website-website selain web company yang sudah dibuat tadi? misal mengakses web google.com, yahoo.com dll? Kalo bisa, berarti konfigurasi DNSnya tidak ada masalah Kalo nggak bisa berarti Konfigurasi DNSnya bermasalah.. Pastikan Konfigurasi DNSnya benar.
