Kalo yang biasa saya lakukan.. 1.export dulu contact dari MS outlook (untuk dapatkan formatnya saja) 2.simpan filenya selanjutnya 3.Isi datanya (copy - paste jika data sudah ada) namun jangan merubah format yang sudah ada. 4.jika sudah selesai simpan datanya 5.lakukan import seperti biasa. Yakin formatnya benar? Coba export dulu contacts dari Outlook ke excel, lalu buka file-nya. Buka file tsb lalu pastikan bahwa file kontak ada memiliki struktur data yg sama.
