me too ;)

This java newbie installed jdk116_v5 and swing-1.0.3 on pretty clean
slackware 3.5 last week. I made the mistake of thinking i needed the
glibc version of jdk; but i was wrong. More than just the path though,
i also set CLASSPATH, JAVA_HOME, and SWING_HOME.

Dude or Dudette:

People don't like it when you "shout" via all caps.

And i must say that with the attitude that you expose, i wouldn't
be surprised if rather than having you magically unsubscribed
from this maillist, that you find yourself instead automagically
subscribed to a couple of hundred other mailing lists.

I suggest reading a good book, like "Internet for Dummies" before
attempting modern communications again.

Good luck!

Use a GridBag. Think of it as 6 blocks wide. The items in the first two rows get
a width of 2 and the items in the last row get a width of 3.

I've never had a problem with a bzip2.
