Subject: [JAWS-Users] Mozilla Thunderbird

 Hi:

Does anybody use Mozilla Thunderbird? I've got some issues such as,
when I'm typing an email, and have more than one paragraph, the JAWS
curser doesn't follow the pc one at all, and when I try to read what
I've written, I have all kinds of things repeated, particularly the last
line of each paragraph. Also, when I read an email, it always says what
sounds like x western or x unicode, I'm assuming that depends on the
window type used for that particular message, but how do you stop that?
I've turned the graphics off every which way I can think of. JAWS won't
read most of the panes, though I really don't need them, but why? I
like the program, and the security is better than Outlook and OE, but if
I could get some of these issues taken care of, it would be much nicer.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

[JAWS-Users] Finding indented text on a Web page

2007-04-01 Thread Frederick
Hi

In the message boards for the college class I am taking, the messages are
arranged much like an out line where the original message is to the left and
each response is indented blow it. I need to be able to determine which
messages are indented and by how much. How do I get Jaws to do this?

Thank you.

[JAWS-Users] Re: Finding indented text on a Web page

2007-04-01 Thread Denny Huff
While on the web page, do an insert f2.
Down arrow to configuration manager and press enter.
Do an alt s.
Down arrow to text processing and press enter.
Tab to, speak indented characters and press your spacebar to check it.
Press enter.
Save it and close it.

I want to back up folders and files in Outlook express, and my favorites, Jaws
