I find sometimes that if I arrow over into the link some where after the 2 slashes and the colon, I can press enter and the link will be activated. Other wise, I copy and paste.

Most of the time all I have to do is just hit enter on the link and it will open, but sometimes I have to find my mouse and move it to the link and click on it that way.
