Hi David The Question is does it use HTML format for it's email ?Making it more likely that page up and page down will ever work. I can't say for sure, but here's what I think for what it's worth. It most likely has something to do with how your system is set to receive email messages. I pick up mine as HTML where others might use plain text. Check your settings out to see if that might make a difference.
