Hi: When I used Outlook, that was the norm. It appeared to me as if this happened if somebody sent a message using a program other than Outlook or OE. In other words, instead of going right on to the next message and saying who it's from it won't say anything automatically. If I arrow up or hit insert 2 I can make it read, but it won't automatically say who the next message is from, and I never had trouble with this until maybe a couple days ago. I've done one repair and it seemed to work a little while, but now it's acting up again. Hope someone has suggestions. In that case I've noticed that simply unloading jaws and then restarting it with a hot key will resolve the problem.
