A few days ago - was it? - Kerry Ann Ifill was looking for something that could be doing one in one window, while reading something else in another. The solution to that is, so far, called tabbed browsing, which has come into prominence with Firefox and is now in Windows Internet Explorer 7. We might expect to see tabbed browsing become more widespread across Microsoft products, as with office 2007, and indeed more prevalent in Windows Vista; and a consequence of that would probably be the adoption of it for different JAWS tasks.
