Well I've received at this point no less than 20 replies to the help desk address, personally I'm impressed folks. Any how it should I hope come as good news that shutting down the list is not in the plan any longer at this time. We forget some times just how providing a forum for folks to help each other out effects so many of you out there. Honestly that's why it exists in the first place. Besides I like contributing in my small way to the blindness community.
I have three options for providers at this time. So the team and I will be looking at all of them in the days ahead.
