Re: [JAWS-Users] skype
Hi All, Thanks to everyone who answered my questions. I'm just starting to familiarize myself with Skype, so of course, I have still another question. Where can I download Skype Talking and is it compatible with JAWS 12 and Windows 7? Thanks. Jo - Original Message - From: "David Ferrin" To: Sent: Friday, January 07, 2011 8:48 AM Subject: [JAWS-Users] skype It would seem that the most recent version of Skype does not like the idea of JAWS users adding a contact. My guess either I am missing something or they need to fix what ever the problem might happen to be at this time. Never the less I find it interesting and will look further for more updated scripts ETC. This is just my impression after a few minutes of playing with it. It's been a long time since I added anybody so this kind of thing simply slid under my radar. First hit the bypass key then try again. The bypass key is insert and the 3 on your number row. Re: [JAWS-Users] recent strange behavior with Google Voice and Jaws12.0.522
I haven't had that happen, but try pressing escape or alt. It sounds like you are on some sort of toolbar. Recently CrisMunoz54 wrote: Hello list, For the past few days I have been experiencing some odd behavior with Google Voice and JFW. If I do an alt+tab command, Jaws will say leaving menu bar, but when I do an alt+tab back to the GV page, that whole menu bar behavior comes back. Is anyone else experiencing this by any chance? I havent' updated any software or adjusted any settings so I'm pretty sure it's not that. The voice.google.com page appears to work as it always has while in Firefox. Re: [JAWS-Users] display
Here are some keyboard short cuts you can try, control + alt + any of the arrow keys. They will turn the screen different ways. Now to keep it right side up. You need to look at your graphic controls. display settings advanced... Now in there you need to look for screen rotation or just rotation and either un check the enable box or set it to 0. That will stop any more playing of the screen. At 01:01 AM 1/9/2011, you wrote: I have just been told that my display is sideways.
