I get that in Outlook 2007 also and also on the internet. Hope someone knows the solution. I even tried putting that string in the JAWS dictionary, but was really not able to silence all instances of this garbage. I have wondered if it is problem with the html code or with JAWS- anyone know? Re: [JAWS-Users] Bluetooth verses wierless keyboards?
Thanks Steve, Since you don't think that Bluetooth has any real advantages and my computer person says some of the people he works with have had some types of trouble with them, I think I'll go wireless again. However, my cellphone does not have a querty keyboard, but can handle Bluetooth, and I do have a Bluetooth keyboard I bought to go with my Trekker. Do you think I can get that keyboard to work with my cellphone? My cellphone is a Nokia N86. Many thanks! No real advantage unless you have other devices you might want to use blue-tooth with like a cell phone that supports an external blue-tooth keyboard. One slight disadvantage: If you have a desktop or older laptop, it may not have blue-tooth in which case you'll need to install a blue-tooth adapter. Then, you'll have to pair the keyboard with it, but you normally only have to do that once. You probably will have similar range using wireless or blue-tooth. - Original Message - From: Victoria Vaughan vrvaug...@mailzone.com To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Sent: Tuesday, July 05, 2011 5:16 PM Subject: [JAWS-Users] Bluetooth verses wierless keyboards? Donnie: Alt f for the backstage view, arrow up to options, press enter, arrow down to the mail category and tab twice. Here you will hear jaws say, compose messages in this format and it will be a combobox, so use your arrow key to select plaintext and tab to ok. www.BlindAccessTraining.com -Original Message- From: jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Donnie Parrett Sent: Wednesday, July 06, 2011 11:27 AM To: JAWS-Users Subject: [JAWS-Users] Sending Emails In Plain Text Format How do I change my Outlook 2010 from sending emails in html format to sending them in plain text format? Re: [JAWS-Users] JAWS Saying ACircumflexTrademark ACircumflexEuro
I'm using outlook Express, but it'd be in a similar (view) menu or Ribbon. Look in there. it has to do with Windows encoding. there may be an Encoding submenu, which lists all the windows encoding types. the one I have checked is Western European iso, and I never have the problem (although I've heard of it in the past from people who had. that's the way towards the solution. If not in the view menu, then look in others. the view ribbon?) - Original Message - From: Don Cher Bosch oneagleswin...@bellsouth.net To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Sent: Wednesday, July 06, 2011 6:09 PM Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] JAWS Saying ACircumflexTrademark ACircumflexEuro I get that in Outlook 2007 also and also on the internet.
