need to be done about the FS error message?
If Windows 10 gets installed, I would uninstall JAWS, and re-install it per
the WWindows 10 instructions.

Hi,
That will never happen,
For one you will have to remove  phyisically any versions of jaws 16, 17 and
openbook and save the FS settings during installation of windows 10.
No tool is required,
Ms has become wise of that issue, I use no tool of any form.

can not have or use Jaws 14 on windows 10.
Only the latest Jaws 16 or 17 work on w-10.
After Windows 10 is installed, it will ask to be updated.
Now, you can run a repair of jaws 16 and preform a restart.
Since, all the settings were saved, no need to do a complete install of J16
or 17.
Last is to reinstall openbook and you're done.

[JAWS-Users] hims braille display with Jaws question and adding one's own hotkeys

Well, that's basically whatI want to do but can not figure out how. The support 
for the braille sense is abysmmal with Jaws, and the focus has some things 
about it I just can't deal with like no spring in the keys so I want to use my 
hims braille sense, but I need to create more commands for it unless someone 
has made some of their own custom ones they are willing to share. Any help on 
this matter is appreciated.

I have no idea why it happened but it magically went away. Trying to go to 
the jaws-users page I kept getting an old page. I suspect that it was 
getting one from history. Although I attempted to clear the history it still 
appeared. I turned the laptop off for a few hours and left it charge. I was 
going to call Microsoft and when it powered on it magically was ok.  Not too 
sure about this door mat. At least it is working correctly.

Skype for Business will be pushed to my work computer sometime in the next
week.  I will keep your e-mail address available and contact you if I need
help.  

If I can find a way to successfully use this product without scripts, I will
be happy.  I am not a fan of scripts in an environment where you do not have
control of what updates are pushed to your computer.  It can take just one
little update and the script is broken.  Then there is the matter of
managing the scripts for all of our employees who use JAWS across the
country.
