Hi Mario, Many thanks for getting back to me. I did press insert plus q and was told that the default scripts were loaded. I also note that within the enu folder there is a folder called PersonalizedSettings so I closed Goldwave and then moved the Goldwave scripts from Enu to this folder. I then ran Goldwave and pressed insert plus q and again was told that the default scripts were loaded. I am using the most current jaws v17 and windows seven. I've notice when reading using say all command in IE11 or Thunderbird Jaws will stop periodically reading. I first thought perhaps I was not holding down the keycommand long enough but I am still getting this behavior. -- "Every country has an idenity, history, customs, and culture. Rob, sorry for responding late, but if you press insert+q, are you told that the default settings are loaded? if so, the scripts weren't recognized correctly. this is the first step in troubleshooting this kind of issue.
