[JAWS-Users] JAWS Screen Shade Not Working on Desktop Computer

Hi All

 

I've just installed the new JAWS update on my windows 10 desktop and tried
the Screen Shade feature. It reports that it it's on and yet I don't see any
difference on my screen. Has anyone else experienced this?

Do you have the same operating system on both your desktop and laptop?
