[JAWS-Users] Cannot get to the desktop
Hello listers, This question is about my computer at work. I'm not sure if it is a jfw issue, but any help would be appreciated. I'm jusing jaws on my computer at work. I cannot go to the desktop - not with windows-d, nor with windows-m. Basically it means that I cannot open 2 programs at a time. When I'm finished reading emails, I first have to close it in order to open another application. It's the only way to get to the desktop. Thanks in advance. Hello listers, Latest version of Windows 10, latest version of jfw and office lifetime 2016. I want to create a folder in Outlook. When I tab to the left away from my messages I land into menus. When I use my up and down arrows, I suddenly land in a search field. I cannot get to my list of folder in order to create a new one. I can get to my folders with the hotkey control-y, but then I cannot create a folder. Thank you in advance. Good day listers, Latest version of Windows 10 an jfw. My computer did an update. I got a message that my updates were successfully installed and that I can click the message to see what's new. [JAWS-Users] Jaws and Outlook: Jaws doesn't say unread
Hello listers, Latest version of jfw and Outlook 2013. I'm not sure if this is a jwf issue, however, I will still ask. When I open Outlook, jaws says "unread) when standing on a specific message. When I navigate away from the message, and return to it, jaws doesn't say "unread" anymore. It is as if the message has been read, although I didn't physicaly open the message at all.
