No, with this message, you will either be told to press the space bar to 
continue with automatic administrative privledges, if you are signed as an 
administrator. If you do not see this, then you will need to sign out and 
back in to the administrative account for the computer. If there is no 
administrator assigned, then you should be able to change  your account to 
an administrative account under the Users Accounts applet in Control panel.

the CONTEXT key and arrow down to "Run as Administrator" and hit ENTER.

Usint JAWS 15 on a Windows 7 laptop, when installing a program, a
message comes up saying I need to give administrative permission.  I
thought it would be in the context menu but not so.  How do I go about
doing this?
