odd, that's exactly the setup here and I have no such troubles.

have you tried rebooting your system lately, I know that around here, more
than a days continuous work and jaws starts getting crabby and doing odd
things to tell me it's time to reboot.

I was trying to add a credit card to make a purchase on amazon.com.
However, after entering the credit card number I tried to use alt down
arrow to open the combo boxes for expiration date and expiration year
but when you arrow down to find month or year in these two combo boxes I
get bounced back in to the edit box for the credit card number. These
kinds of forms are usually pretty straightforward and I had know issue
in the past but it's not working correctly now. I am using Jaws v13 and
windows 7.

Hi Leonard,
Perhaps the credit card number is in the wrong format, so it won't allow you
to continue.
Some forms will allow dashes or spaces between the groups of numbers, and
some won't.

Tabbing through in Forms Mode may not be the best practice. You could
review the form as you go through it with the virtual cursor by going
out of Forms Mode, hitting the PC cursor after you've typed, and then
down arrowing through until the next form field (or combo box) where you
press enter into Forms Mode - and press alt+DownArrow to ensure opening
the combo box.

That is very strange because I have Windows 7 and Jaaws 13 and I never order
from Amazon, but I did so yesterday and had no difficulty.

Amazon was having some form issues yesterday for several hours. They were
not allowing input into their forms including search on their main site.
They were returning very strange error messages when inputting data into
form fields but it got cleared up after a couple hours. Perhaps you should
try again today.

Hi,
I had the same experience recently. I decided to go to my account where I
found an option to: Add a new credit card. Hope that works for you.
