So would I use the pst file. The most commonly used option here would be
comma Separated Values (Windows). Would I use this file to import my contact
into say Outlook or WLM. Or would I need another file to import my contact
into WLM?

One of the members requested the procedure for exporting contacts from
Outlook 2010. I apologize for the delayed response.
EXPORTING CONTACTS FROM OUTLOOK 2010
1.Press ALT+F for the File menu.
2. Locate the Options menu and press Enter to open it.
3. Down arrow to Advanced.
4. Tab to Export and press spacebar to open the menu.
5. Use the Jaws cursor to locate the Export options. Choose Export a
file then press spacebar on Next to confirm.
6. Under Create a File of type, choose what type of file you want to
use
NOTE: Outlook uses a specific file type for direct transfer of contacts.
That is a .pst file. The most commonly used option here would be comma
Separated Values (Windows). There is also a file type called Tab Separated
Values, (Windows). Press spacebar on Next to confirm.
7. Select Contacts folder to export from and press spacebar on Next to
confirm.
8. Under Save Exported file as, choose Browse and select destination
folder. In the File Name box, enter a name.
9. Locate the Okay button and press Enter.
10. Press spacebar on Next.
11. Press spacebar on Finish.
