Hello,

Thank you for the tip.  Reading down through web sites, I am reading through
the toolbars, but I am wanting to know what a piece of descriptive metadata
looks like, so I can apply it to an article to put online.  I have an idea
of my key words, and understand the purpose, but don't know how to write it,
thus, looking for examples.

While on a web page in Internet Explorer, try this:
Press Control + U to view the source of the page.
This command can also be found in the View menu.
In most cases, this will show you the html code for the page, and the meta 
data is near the top of the page.
