[JAWS-Users] Jaws 15 question

2016-01-19 Thread Naomi Bolter
Hi everyone,

I've been made an admin on a work related distribution list in ms 2010 but I
cannot modify the list as I am unable to click on it with jaws.

I was told to open a new message and right click on the contact list I've
entered into the to field.

Does anyone know if there is another way?

[JAWS-Users] JAWS 15 question

2013-12-09 Thread Raggedy Ann
When trying to download a pdf document from my banking website with JAWS 15,
I find it will not download, but rather opens on the website when I use
enter or spacebar,, and when going to the context menu, there is no option
to save target as.

However, when I switch to JAWS 14, the option to save target as is in the
context menu and I can download the document. How can I fix this issue in
JAWS 15 so I don't have to keep switching back and forth?

Thank you.

2013-12-09 Thread Mike B.
Hi Ann,

With the PDF document open try pressing, Alt + F, for the file menu, press
enter on save as, choose PDF format, find the save button but, make sure you
know where this document is going to be saved to! I've done this in the
past if you don't select where to save the file to, it gets buried
somewhere in the subfolders of the User folder. I do meaned buried! LOL
LOL
HTH
Take care.
