Re: [JAWS-Users] Jaws Default JDF Dictionary Manager
Hi John, Yes, capitalizing with spaces between letters that is how I got it to read correctly & you are correct in Users / Name Folder / App Data / Roming, nvda is in lower case letters. I do use capital letters so it will read in a little different pitch. Thank you very much for your reply. Take Care. That would be in the correction field. In that way, it would read N V D A In my system however, if you lock your Caps lock key down and type it in, it reads just fine. I'll bet that the actual logo isn't in caps. I've tried it with the case sensitive option checked & unchecked but, no go, it stills speaks it as lower case letters no matter what application I'm in. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get, nvda, to be read as, NVDA? & yes, I am saving the changes before closing the dictionary manager. Also, nvda, won't read as capitalized letters even if I try to put it in an application dictionary manager like the Notepad dictionary manager either. All help will be greatly appreciated. Re: [JAWS-Users] Jaws Default JDF Dictionary Manager
Ok, Simon's suggestion worked. I just did it using spaces in between the letters. I also didn't check the box for it to be k sencitive.
