Hi, I have no answer for the problem but can verify experiencing it as well and suspect that since support for the program from Microsoft will be ending in early 2017 it might only get worse over time. That's why I've begun using Microsoft Outlook and I'm sure fans of other programs will chime in as well with their favorites. While it's true that as long as one has an installer for the program and can get it up and running it will remain usable this highlights one of the problems that comes with continued use of such programs which won't continue to evolve to integrate into newer operating systems or to handle newer protocols or security concerns.
