Hi Bob,

Other than your dinner menu I'm * Not Quite*, sure what you're talking 
about!  Since you're an advanced computer user why don't you set up your 
email client to show the message your replying to, so the rest of the list 
knows what you're talking about!  Rome wasn't built in a day, but either was 
ESP!  Install what?!
