Hello jason, Annette and List In the normal Skype, there's an option to notify you when a contact changes status. If this option is present in skype for Business, it might do the trick. My work-a-round has been to not run Skype for Business. They are not happy with me at work, but since they are paying me to be productive this was the best solution.
