Sound like it is just playing the intro constantly.
Sometimes you can just press enter while the intro is running to move to the
main part of the dvd.

Good afternoon, folks, Brian Zolo here in Gahanna, Ohio on a beautiful day.
I just got a new movie on dvd and wanted to view the movie. I inserted the dvd
and power dvd came up and this machine is windows 7 64-bit and I was asked
whether I wanted to play the dvd using power dvd version 12. I chose play with
power dvd and the dvd started playing but it constantly keeps going back to
playing the music at the beginning of the movie. I ejected the dvd but
wondered what the keyboard shortcuts are in power dvd or whether there are more
navigable solutions ou there to playing dvd's. I do have vlc media player but
I haven't installed it yet. I confess that I'm new to handling dvd's as I do
have lots of dvd's with old western tv series that I'd love to be able to play
but have been hesitant because I wanted the best and accessible player to play
dvd's. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
