We use sharepoint here where I work. Accessibility is some what dependent on
which version of sharepoint your company is running. Sharepoint 2010 and 2013
has accessibility built in but needs to be turned on at the server end, but I
don't know the details on how it is done.
If possible you could talk to your sharepoint administrator. They may not be
awhere of any accessibility features but brought to their attention they can
then do the research and get the information they need and hopefully implement
what is needed.
Generally it is usable but generally messy.
