Friends, Can anyone assist me with my Dell Inspiron 1545 problem? The computer which is running Windows XP Pro and Jaws 11 and 10 full versions keeps resetting its volume levels to zero. I am not sure if this is a Jaws setting or what causing this. I use a logitech headset and microphone and the headset works fine but if I send someone a message on AIM or click on a website and this volume problem has occurred I cannot tell if someone sent me a message or if the website is attempting to open or anything like that as I have my computer sounds still coming through the computer. The only sounds i have coming through the headset is Jaws. I have looked through my jaws settings but not really sure what setting I would be looking for just trying to see if something seemed obvious.
